These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between MPO999 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "User", "you", or "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses any service, product, game, promotional offer, or feature made available through the mpo999 platform, accessible at https://mpo999.click (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Website").

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services offered by mpo999, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. mpo999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via email or platform notification.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mpo999. Where you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the mpo999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. mpo999 strictly prohibits the use of its Services by individuals under the age of 21. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform does not violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• One Account Only: Each Player may only hold one registered Account on mpo999. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether directly or through third parties, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Not a Company Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of mpo999 or any of its affiliated entities.
• Personal Use: You must use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

mpo999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time. Acceptable documents typically include but are not limited to:

• Government-issued identity card (Malaysian MyKad or equivalent)
• Valid passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address, dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or statement from payment method used for deposits (for payment verification)

mpo999 may, at its discretion, withhold any withdrawal request until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

All financial transactions on the mpo999 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mpo999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Online Banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong
• Direct Bank Transfer: Available as a fallback option

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. mpo999 reserves the right to request evidence that the payment method belongs to the registered Account holder prior to processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements. mpo999 does not guarantee specific processing times, as these may be affected by the policies of the relevant financial institution.

mpo999 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any financial transaction that it reasonably suspects involves fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

mpo999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, referral rewards, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available only to eligible Players who meet the specified qualifying criteria.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through multiple Accounts constitutes fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the applicable offer terms.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period.
• mpo999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would be unfair to Players who have already accepted and begun satisfying the conditions of an active offer.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to collusion, use of automated betting strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

All games available on the mpo999 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios under real-time supervision.

mpo999 makes no warranties regarding the success of any betting or gaming strategy. All game outcomes are determined by chance, and historical results have no bearing on future outcomes. Players acknowledge that they may lose all funds wagered.

Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface or help section. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the result recorded in mpo999's servers, the server record shall be considered final and definitive.

If a technical fault or error affects a game outcome, mpo999 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account balance. mpo999 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mpo999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification
• Accessing the Platform using software bots, automated scripts, or any technology designed to circumvent fair play systems
• Engaging in collusion with other Players for the purpose of manipulating game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial purpose
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or mpo999 staff members through any communication channel
• Allowing a third party to access or use your Account

All content available on the mpo999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and user interface designs, is the property of mpo999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mpo999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo999 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions, system failures, or connectivity issues
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Actions taken by mpo999 in compliance with these Terms, including Account suspension or transaction delays
• Losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform

mpo999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any matter arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mpo999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive account fees may apply as stated in our Fee Schedule)
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., not as a result of a breach or fraud finding), any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable processing fees. Bonus funds and associated winnings will not be returned upon Account closure.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting mpo999 Customer Support. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

mpo999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mpo999 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL protocols and is stored in secured environments.

mpo999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification services) strictly as necessary to provide the Services, and always subject to confidentiality obligations.

mpo999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits may only be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to remind them of the time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of their choosing (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanent closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo999 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Malaysian Players acknowledge that they are accessing and using the Platform under their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that such access is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate for use in all locations.

mpo999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mpo999 will provide reasonable advance notice via email notification to registered Players and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Minor corrections, clarifications, or changes required by regulatory or legal obligations may take effect immediately.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
